FUSION is headquartered in our Notting Hill facility just a stone’s throw from the famous Portobello Road. From this location, we manage our UK projects and those outside Europe. Our state-of-the-art facility covers over 5,000 square feet and features class-leading demonstrating facilities for all of our disciplines including audio-video, human-centric lighting, home automation, digital artworks, sports simulators and luxury fitness equipment. It is designed to serve as an inspiration and collaboration hub for our clients and their teams.
A direct request from our Creative Team, the Light Lab is our experimentation atelier for our lighting projects. Housed within our digital gallery, our collaborators use The Light Lab to test fittings and effects, as well as demonstrate project-specific lighting elements and bespoke pieces to our clients and their teams.
In May 2023, after a sustained period of delivering cutting-edge digital artworks to projects worldwide, we took the step of opening The Disruptive Gallery. Based below our existing London studio in Notting Hill, The Disruptive Gallery is a concept space featuring a permanent, yet evolving, display of fine digital artworks and lighting installations. In addition to its use as a show space, we use our gallery as a collaboration atelier to work on bespoke projects and as a facility available to up-and-coming artists looking for somewhere to hone their skills.
Our European operations are run from our Monaco office situated just next to the first turn on the Grand Prix circuit in Port Hercule. From here our local project management, design, installation and maintenance teams follow our projects in locations such as St Tropez, Cannes, the ski resorts of the Alps, the Balearic Islands, Paris and Italy.
Christian joined FUSION in 2017, initially as Director of Sales for Monaco and the South of France Region. He has since been promoted to General Manager of our European entity, which now manages projects throughout Europe. Previously from an airline and hospitality background, Christian has extensive management experience and is heavily focused on ensuring satisfaction for our clients by making sure we deliver an outstanding quality of work, even in the most complex and remote of environments. Constantly listening to both our customers and our employees, he is the unifier of our Monegasque team. Christian is fluent in French and English.
Jenny has been at the heart of FUSION for over 15 years. From a background managing our after-sales department, Jenny has progressed into her current role as New Business Director. A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, Jenny has developed and maintains some of our most important industry relationships and continues to champion the delivery of a perfect service for clients old and new alike. Jenny maintains an active role in our gallery project and is responsible for many of the educational and social events that we host at FUSION.
Laetitia joined FUSION in 2016 as one of the earliest employees at our Monaco business. There she developed into the role of office manager and has been instrumental in that entity becoming the success it is today. Now taking on a new challenge as head of our Service Desk from our London headquarters, Laetitia is passionate about ensuring our clients receive prompt and professional service long after the installation phase of our work is complete. Laetitia speaks English, French and Italian fluently which is a real asset in dealing with our international clientele.
